The service covers monitoring of public reviews relating to the client's business, drafting suggested replies and, where agreed, publishing them on the client's profile. It is provided per business profile and does not include advertising services, ranking optimisation or any interference with the content of third-party reviews.
The initial audit is provided free of charge and is based solely on publicly accessible reviews. The trial period covers the three most recent unanswered reviews and the next five new ones, for a maximum of thirty days from the start, whichever limit is reached first. No access to the client's account is required during the trial and there is no obligation to continue.
We never ask for passwords. If the client chooses to have replies published by us, they grant a manager role on their business profile, which may be revoked at any time without notice. The client confirms they are entitled to grant such access and expressly authorises the publication of replies in the name of their business.
Every reply is submitted to the client before publication, unless the client has agreed in writing to automatic publication for specified categories of reviews. Replies concerning hygiene, safety, discrimination or legal claims are never published automatically. The client remains responsible for the accuracy of the factual information provided to us and for the final content they approve.
We commit to drafting a suggested reply within twenty-four hours of the review being detected by our systems, with priority given to negative and sensitive cases. Publication time depends on completion of the approval process. We are not liable for delays caused by malfunctions or changes in third-party platforms.
The subscription is twenty-five euro per month per business profile, plus VAT where applicable. There is no minimum term. The client may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with thirty days' prior notice.
The service does not guarantee any particular change in rating, review volume, ranking or revenue. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the client over the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for the actions, policies or outages of third-party platforms.
Reply texts drafted on the client's behalf belong to the client from the moment of approval. The logo, name and website content remain our property.
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of [CITY] shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
We may amend these terms. Material changes are notified to active subscribers by email at least thirty days before taking effect.
